Wheat Free Roundelwood Shortbread
Ingredients
- 1/2 lb butter or dairy-free margarine
- 4 oz Muscovado sugar
- 1/2 lb barley flour
- 4 oz brown rice flour
Instructions
- Cream the butter and sugar and add the flours.
- Roll out and cut into rounds.
- Bake for 15 minutes at 350°F (180°C/) gas mark 4.
