Potato Soup
Ingredients
- 8 oz potatoes diced
- 2 stalks celery diced
- 1 large onion diced
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 15 floz water
- 2 tbsp parsley finely chopped
- 10 floz milk
Instructions
- Put all ingredients except the parsley and milk in a saucepan.
- Bring to the boil and simmer gently for 1 hour.
- Add the parsley and milk just before serving and re-heat but do not boil.
