Ingredients
 

  • 8 oz potatoes diced
  • 2 stalks celery diced
  • 1 large onion diced
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 15 floz water
  • 2 tbsp parsley finely chopped
  • 10 floz milk

Instructions

  • Put all ingredients except the parsley and milk in a saucepan.
  • Bring to the boil and simmer gently for 1 hour.
  • Add the parsley and milk just before serving and re-heat but do not boil.
