Grated Potato Soup
Ingredients
- 3 pt potato stock
- 1 1/2 lb potatoes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 medium egg hard boiled (cooked)
- 1 tbsp parsley chopped
Instructions
- Bring the stock to the boil, grate the potatoes and add to the stock and season.
- Cook for 15 minutes.
- Serve garnished with grated hard boiled egg and chopped parsley.
