Ingredients
 

  • 12 oz potatoes cooked and mashed
  • 5 tsp Parmesan cheese or Geska
  • 2 tsp mild curry powder
  • 1 tsp mixed herbs
  • 3 tbsp onion finely chopped
  • fresh wholemeal breadcrumbs

Instructions

  • Thoroughly mix together all the ingredients, except the breadcrumbs.
  • Shape the mixture into balls about the size of a golf ball and coat with the breadcrumbs
  • Place on a well greased tray and bake in the oven Gas mark 5, 375°F (190°C) for 40 minutes.
  • Allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
