Potato Pancakes (Grundrezept Fur Kartoffelpfannkuchen)
Tender, golden potato pancakes with a light and fluffy texture. These delicious potato pancakes are easy to make and perfect for breakfast, lunch or dinner!
Ingredients
- 4 1/2 lb raw potatoes
- 6 oz finely chopped onion
- 3 beaten eggs
- 2 1/2 oz flour and seasoning
Instructions
- Finely grate 2 kg raw potatoes and leave to drain on a sieve for 10 minutes.
- Combine with 175 g finely chopped onion, 3 beaten eggs, 75 g flour and seasoning.
- Shallow fry 40 g spoonfuls in a pancake pan until golden brown on both sides.
