Greek Grilled Meat Balls (Koftah)
Koftah is a dish made from ground beef. This Turkish dish is also popular in the Arabian Peninsula, where it is more commonly known as kofta.
Ingredients
- 3 1/2 lb minced beef
- 3 cloves chopped garlic
- 2 tsp fenugreek
- 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
- 2 tbsp chopped dried mint
- 3 beaten eggs
- baharat and salt
- boiled rice to serve
Instructions
- Combine 1.5 kg minced beef, 3 cloves chopped garlic, 10 g fenugreek, 25 g chopped coriander leaves and dried mint and 3 beaten eggs, then season with baharat and salt.
- Form into balls, then grill and serve with boiled rice.
