Koftah is a dish made from ground beef. This Turkish dish is also popular in the Arabian Peninsula, where it is more commonly known as kofta.

Ingredients
 

  • 3 1/2 lb minced beef
  • 3 cloves chopped garlic
  • 2 tsp fenugreek
  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  • 2 tbsp chopped dried mint
  • 3 beaten eggs
  • baharat and salt
  • boiled rice to serve

Instructions

  • Combine 1.5 kg minced beef, 3 cloves chopped garlic, 10 g fenugreek, 25 g chopped coriander leaves and dried mint and 3 beaten eggs, then season with baharat and salt.
  • Form into balls, then grill and serve with boiled rice.
