Potato and Onion Medley
Ingredients
- 18 small new potatoes washed not scraped
- 18 pickling onions peeled
- 2 tbsp chives finely chopped
- 1 small carton natural yogurt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Steam the potatoes and onions in a steaming basket for about 20 minutes, until cooked.
- Combine the chives, yogurt, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- When the potatoes and onions are ready, carefully coat with the dressing and serve very hot.
