  • 1 lb king prawns
  • 2 tbsps oil
  • 2 cloves garlic crushed
  • 2 tbsps chilli sauce hot or sweet
  • 1 tbsp rice wine
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt


  • Remove the heads and shells of the prawns, but leave on the very ends of the tails. Wash, devein and pat dry.
  • Put the oil and garlic into a bowl and cover with cling film. Cook on HIGH for 1 minute.
  • Stir in the chilli sauce, wine, lemon juice and salt. Cook for 30 seconds on HIGH
  • Add the prawns and cook for 3-4 minutes on MEDIUM.
