Mustard-Flavoured Mashed Potatoes
Ingredients
- 11 oz Potatoes whole, boiled
- Salt to taste
- 2 tsp Green chillies chopped
- 1 tbsp Mustard sarson oil
Instructions
- Peel the potatoes while still hot.
- Mash the potatoes; add salt, green chillies, and mustard oil.
- Divide the potato mixture equally and shape into small balls. Serve with steamed rice.
