- 8 fresh figs
- 5 oz fromage frais or Greek yogurt
- grated rind of 1/2 lemon
to decorate:
- mint leaves
Instructions
- Cut the figs into quarters almost to the base, leaving the base intact.
- Open the quarters out slightly.
- Fill figs with fromage frais or yogurt mixed with lemon rind, decorate with mint leaves.
