Mushrooms with Marjoram (Funghi al Funghetto)
Ingredients
- 3 chopped cloves of garlic
- 4 tbsp garlic-flavoured oil
- 2 tsp chopped marjoram
- 9 oz sliced button mushrooms
- 2 oz tomato puree
- salt and milled pepper
Instructions
- Saute chopped cloves of garlic in 4 tbsp garlic-flavoured oil, add 2 tsp chopped marjoram, 9 oz sliced button mushrooms, 2 oz tomato puree, salt and milled pepper and cook for 5 minutes.
