Beaten rice in coconut (Aval Nanachathu)
Ingredients
- 3 1/4 oz Beaten rice chewda
- 3 1/2 oz Coconut nariyal, grated
- 3 1/2 oz jaggery (gurj finely scraped
- 1 oz Black gram urad dal, fried
- 1/2 tbsp Green cardamom choti elaichi powder
Instructions
- Squeeze the coconut with the palm so that it is absolutely dry. Mix in the jaggery.
- Add the beaten rice, black gram, and green cardamom powder; mix well.
- Serve after 20 minutes.
