  • 3 1/4 oz Beaten rice chewda
  • 3 1/2 oz Coconut nariyal, grated
  • 3 1/2 oz jaggery (gurj finely scraped
  • 1 oz Black gram urad dal, fried
  • 1/2 tbsp Green cardamom choti elaichi powder


  • Squeeze the coconut with the palm so that it is absolutely dry. Mix in the jaggery.
  • Add the beaten rice, black gram, and green cardamom powder; mix well.
  • Serve after 20 minutes.
