Italian Spaghetti con Prosciutto e Funghi
Ingredients
- 9 1/2 oz sliced mushrooms
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 9 1/2 oz lardons of prosciutto crudo
- 2 tsp chopped basil
- 1.3 lb cooked and drained spaghetti
- grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Gently fry9 1/2 oz sliced mushrooms in 4 tbsp olive oil and add 9 1/2 oz lardons of prosciutto crudo and 2 tsp chopped basil.
- Mix in 1.3 lb cooked and drained spaghetti, add grated Parmesan cheese, season and serve.
