Mini Baked Potatoes with Caraway Seeds
Ingredients
- 18 small potatoes scrubbed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp caraway seeds
- 1 tbsp sea salt
- crispy bacon and soured cream to serve
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 220°C/200°C fan oven/Gas Mark 7.Toss the potatoes in the oil and sprinkle over the caraway seeds and salt. Season with black pepper.
- Roast the potatoes for 35 to 45 minutes or until golden and cooked through. Serve with crispy bacon and soured cream.
