  • 2 tbsp advocaat liqueur
  • 4 tbsps single cream
  • 4 oz Greek yogurt

to garnish:

  • preserved ginger


  • Mix together marmalade and advocaat. Fold in cream and yogurt.
  • Pour into glasses or sundae dishes and decorate with slivers of preserved ginger.
  • Serve with crisp sweet biscuits.
