  • 1 tablespoon active dry yeast
  • 1 tablespoon caraway seeds
  • 2 1/4 cups bread flour
  • 1 1/2 tbsp salt
  • 2 1/2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa
  • 1 1/2 cups rye flour
  • 1 1/4 cups warm water
  • 1 1/2 tbsp butter
  • 2 1/2 tbsp molasses

Instructions

  • Place all in bread machine, wet ingredients, the dry, lastly yeast.
  • Put on rye bread cycle and start.
