Forest Mushrooms German Style
Delicately flavored and textured, this is a mushroom dish for the connoisseur.
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 oz chopped onion
- 1 chopped clove of garlic
- 10 oz lardons of bacon
- 2 tbsp oil
- 35 oz sliced wild mushrooms
- 1 oz chopped parsley
Instructions
- Golden fry 75 g chopped onion, 1 chopped clove of garlic and 275 g lardons of bacon in 25 ml oil. Add 1 kg sliced wild mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes, then add 20 g chopped parsley.
- Reduce the cooking liquid and finish with 300 ml cream, season and serve.
