Soured Cream Dressing
Ingredients
- 4 1/3 floz soured cream
- salt and pepper
- 1 tsp French mustard or 1/2 tsp made English mustard
- a pinch of caster sugar superfine granulated
- milk or top of the milk optional
Instructions
- Stir the cream, then add the seasoning, mustard, and sugar.
- If liked, the dressing can be thinned down with a little milk or top of the milk.
