Ingredients
- 1 large crisp lettuce
- 8 3/4 floz soured cream
- salt and pepper
- 2 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp vinegar
for the garnish
- 2 hard-boiled eggs
Instructions
- Wash the lettuce, dry thoroughly, and place the leaves in a salad bowl.
- Mix the sugar, vinegar, and seasoning into the cream and pour over the lettuce.
- Garnish with the hard boiled eggs.
