  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 2 tsp vinegar

for the garnish

  • 2 hard-boiled eggs

Instructions

  • Wash the lettuce, dry thoroughly, and place the leaves in a salad bowl.
  • Mix the sugar, vinegar, and seasoning into the cream and pour over the lettuce.
  • Garnish with the hard boiled eggs.
