- 10 floz soured cream
- 2 oz white breadcrumbs
- 4 tbsp melted butter
Instructions
- Cook 1.5kg Brussels sprouts in salted water, drain and combine with 300 ml soured cream.
- Place into a shallow dish, sprinkle with 50 g white breadcrumbs and 50 ml melted butter and gratinate in the oven.
