
Yogurt dressing
This simple dressing can be used instead of mayonnaise for those who prefer a light, refreshing dressing, or for those who are slimming.
Ingredients
- 5 oz carton natural unsweetened yogurt
- 2 tbsp spoons olive corn or nut oil
- 2 tsp spoons lemon juice
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp snipped chives
Instructions
- Put the yogurt in a mixing bowl and stir in the oil and lemon juice. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Stir in snipped chives and transfer to a serving bowl. Refrigerate until required.
