  • 8 slices White bread toasted
  • 6 oz Bacon chopped and grilled (broiled) until crisp
  • 4 Large lettuce leaves
  • 3 Medium tomatoes sliced
  • 6 Tbs Mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  • Put half the toast slices on a board and arrange the bacon over them. Cover with the lettuce and tomato and salt and pepper to taste. Spread the mayonnaise generously over the four remaining slices and cover the filling. Cut in half and serve at once.
