
Fruit Dipped in Fondant Icing
Ingredients
- 2 3/4 lb fondant icing
- 8 floz water
- 10 lb selected fruits in season washed and dried
Instructions
- Place the icing in a bowl with the water. Set the bowl over a pan of gently simmering water and heat gently to melt, stirring. Dip the fruit into the fondant and place on non stick baking paper to dry.
