  • 8 oz mixed dried fruit
  • 8 floz pure apple juice
  • 2 dessert apples
  • 1 orange


  • Combine the dried fruit and the apple juice in a bowl and microwave on MEDIUM for 8 minutes. Allow to cool.
  • Wash the orange and cut four slices to use as a garnish, then peel and roughly chop the flesh.
  • Wash and chop the apples, leaving the skins on. Combine the chopped apples and orange with the dried fruit and apple juice and chill.
  • To serve, divide between 4 dishes and garnish each with an orange slice.
