
Fresh and Dried Fruit Salad
Ingredients
- 8 oz mixed dried fruit
- 8 floz pure apple juice
- 2 dessert apples
- 1 orange
Instructions
- Combine the dried fruit and the apple juice in a bowl and microwave on MEDIUM for 8 minutes. Allow to cool.
- Wash the orange and cut four slices to use as a garnish, then peel and roughly chop the flesh.
- Wash and chop the apples, leaving the skins on. Combine the chopped apples and orange with the dried fruit and apple juice and chill.
- To serve, divide between 4 dishes and garnish each with an orange slice.
