Lemon Scented Geranium Cream With Fruit Compote

  • 5 floz low fat single cream
  • 1 tbsp caster sugar
  • 2 lemon scented geranium leaves
  • 5 oz Greek yogurt
  • 12 oz skimmed milk cheese softened
  • juice of 1 orange
  • 8 oz strawberries
  • 8 oz raspberries
  • 4 oz frozen blackberries defrosted


  • Bring the cream, sugar and geranium leaves to the boil, remove from heat and allow to cool.
  • Whisk in the yogurt and skimmed milk cheese until smooth. Cover and leave in a cool place overnight.
  • Bring the orange juice to the boil, add the fruit and simmer gently for 2 minutes until just soft. Cool.
  • Strain the cream mixture, then whip until soft peaks form. Serve with the fruit.
