Ingredients
 

  • French loaf
  • low fat spread
  • sweet pickle
  • 2 oz thinly sliced cooked ham
  • 4 oz thinly sliced Edam cheese
  • 2 oz thinly sliced salami
  • 2 sliced tomatoes
  • 2 oz sliced cucumber
  • few shredded Chinese leaves
  • black pepper

Instructions

  • Split a French loaf lengthways and spread each half with low fat spread and sweet pickle.
  • Cover one half with 2 oz (50 g) thinly sliced cooked ham, 4 oz (125 g) thinly sliced Edam cheese and 2 oz (50 g) thinly sliced salami.
  • Top with 2 sliced tomatoes, 2 oz (50 g) sliced cucumber and a few shredded Chinese leaves and season with black pepper.
  • Cover firmly with the other half of loaf and cut diagonally into 4.
  • Wrap individually in plastic film.
