Chetnim de Cilantro (Green coriander and coconut chutney)
Ingredients
- 3 1/2 oz Coconut nariyal, grated
- 5 oz Green coriander hara dhaniya, chopped
- 3 Green chillies chopped
- 6 cloves Garlic lasan, chopped
- 1 tsp Cumin jeera seeds
- 3/4 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Granulated sugar
- 3 tsp Lemon nimbu juice
- 4 floz Water
Instructions
- Grind all the ingredients to a smooth paste.
- Use as a filling with butter in sandwiches, as a topping on savoury biscuits or as a filling in peixe recheado
