Chetnim de Manga (Mango coconut chutney)
Ingredients
- 3 1/2 oz Mangoes unripe, peeled, chopped
- 3 1/2 oz Coconut nariyal, grated
- 1 Onion small, chopped
- 2 Green chillies chopped
- 1/2 inch piece Ginger adrak, chopped
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Grind all the ingredients to a coarse paste.
- Serve with rice and curry.
