Ingredients
 

  • 3 1/2 oz Green coriander hara dhaniya
  • 2 Green chillies
  • 1 Ginger adrak, 1 inch piece
  • 2 Garlic lasan cloves (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin jeera seeds
  • 1 Lemon nimbu juice

Instructions

  • Blend all the ingredients except the lemon juice to a smooth paste.
  • Store the relish in a dry glass jar, in the refrigerator.
  • Just before serving, add lemon juice, mix well and serve as an accompaniment.
  • Note: If garlic is used then omit cumin seeds.
