Hare Dhaniye Ki Chutney (Green coriander relish)
Ingredients
- 3 1/2 oz Green coriander hara dhaniya
- 2 Green chillies
- 1 Ginger adrak, 1 inch piece
- 2 Garlic lasan cloves (optional)
- 1/2 tsp Cumin jeera seeds
- 1 Lemon nimbu juice
Instructions
- Blend all the ingredients except the lemon juice to a smooth paste.
- Store the relish in a dry glass jar, in the refrigerator.
- Just before serving, add lemon juice, mix well and serve as an accompaniment.
- Note: If garlic is used then omit cumin seeds.
