  • 2 oz white breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp white wine
  • 2 finely chopped cloves of garlic
  • 1 tsp powdered basil leaves
  • 1 tsp chopped parsley
  • 10 floz olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Soak 2 oz white breadcrumbs in 2 tbsp white wine, then squeeze out. Add 2 finely chopped cloves of garlic, 1 tsp powdered basil leaves and chopped parsley. Gradually blend in 10 floz olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
