Ingredients
 

  • 2.2 lb pitted black olives
  • 5 1/2 oz capers
  • 3 1/2 oz anchovy fillets
  • 2 oz Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp fresh basil
  • 7 1/2 floz olive oil
  • 4 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 2 oz chopped sun-dried tomatoes
  • 2 1/2 oz chopped parsley

Instructions

  • Blend all the ingredients except the parsley and sun-dried tomatoes, to form a smooth paste.
  • Finish by folding in the chopped parsley, dried tomatoes and seasoning.
