French Fillers
Ingredients
- French loaf
- low fat spread
- sweet pickle
- 2 oz thinly sliced cooked ham
- 4 oz thinly sliced Edam cheese
- 2 oz thinly sliced salami
- 2 sliced tomatoes
- 2 oz sliced cucumber
- few shredded Chinese leaves
- black pepper
Instructions
- Split a French loaf lengthways and spread each half with low fat spread and sweet pickle.
- Cover one half with 2 oz (50 g) thinly sliced cooked ham, 4 oz (125 g) thinly sliced Edam cheese and 2 oz (50 g) thinly sliced salami.
- Top with 2 sliced tomatoes, 2 oz (50 g) sliced cucumber and a few shredded Chinese leaves and season with black pepper.
- Cover firmly with the other half of loaf and cut diagonally into 4.
- Wrap individually in plastic film.
