Thia Stir-Fried Mixed Green Vegetables
Ingredients
- 4 sliced cloves of garlic
- 2 oz grated root ginger
- 5 floz groundnut oil
- 2.2 lb mixed green vegetables
- 4 tbsp nam pla
- 4 tbsp Oyster Sauce
- 2 1/2 oz chopped spring onions
Instructions
- Lightly fry 4 sliced cloves of garlic and 2 oz grated root ginger in 5 floz groundnut oil.
- Add and stir-fry 1 kg mixed green vegetables, e.g. French beans, broccoli and courgettes, 4 tbsp nam pla, 4 tbsp Oyster Sauce and seasoning.
- Serve dome-shape in a vegetable dish, garnished with 2 1/2 oz chopped spring onions.
