Ingredients
 

  • 4 sliced cloves of garlic
  • 2 oz grated root ginger
  • 5 floz groundnut oil
  • 2.2 lb mixed green vegetables
  • 4 tbsp nam pla
  • 4 tbsp Oyster Sauce
  • 2 1/2 oz chopped spring onions

Instructions

  • Lightly fry 4 sliced cloves of garlic and 2 oz grated root ginger in 5 floz groundnut oil.
  • Add and stir-fry 1 kg mixed green vegetables, e.g. French beans, broccoli and courgettes, 4 tbsp nam pla, 4 tbsp Oyster Sauce and seasoning.
  • Serve dome-shape in a vegetable dish, garnished with 2 1/2 oz chopped spring onions.
