Ingredients
 

  • 1 tsp mustard seeds
  • 6 curry leaves
  • 3 chopped cloves of garlic
  • 4 tbsp oil or ghee
  • 2 tsp grated root ginger
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 2 sliced fresh chillies
  • salt
  • 8 oz julienne of carrot
  • 8 oz julienne of cauliflower florets
  • 8 oz diamonds of French beans
  • 8 oz shredded cabbage

Instructions

  • Lightly fry 1 tsp mustard seeds, 6 curry leaves and 3 chopped cloves of garlic in 4 tbsp oil or ghee.
  • Stir in 2 tsp grated root ginger, 1 tsp turmeric, 2 sliced fresh chillies and salt.
  • Add and stir-fry 8 oz each of julienne of carrot, cauliflower florets, diamonds of French beans and shredded cabbage.
  • Remove the curry leaves and serve dome-shape in a vegetable dish
