Chinese Stir-Fried Mixed Vegetables with Oyster Sauce
Ingredients
- 2.2 lb sliced mixed vegetables
- 2 floz sesame oil
- 4 chopped cloves of garlic
- 2 1/2 oz grated ginger
- 1/2 pint stock
- 1 tbs light soy sauce
- 2 tbs oyster sauce
- 4 tsp diluted cornflour
Instructions
- Stir-fry 2.2 lb sliced mixed vegetables in 2 floz sesame oil with 4 chopped cloves of garlic and 2 1/2 oz grated ginger for 2 minutes; moisten with 1/2 pint stock, 1 tbs light soy sauce and 2 tbs oyster sauce and simmer for 3 minutes.
- Lightly thicken the liquid with 1 oz diluted cornflour to form a sauce and serve on a base of boiled rice.
