Ingredients
 

  • 2.2 lb sliced mixed vegetables
  • 2 floz sesame oil
  • 4 chopped cloves of garlic
  • 2 1/2 oz grated ginger
  • 1/2 pint stock
  • 1 tbs light soy sauce
  • 2 tbs oyster sauce
  • 4 tsp diluted cornflour

Instructions

  • Stir-fry 2.2 lb sliced mixed vegetables in 2 floz sesame oil with 4 chopped cloves of garlic and 2 1/2 oz grated ginger for 2 minutes; moisten with 1/2 pint stock, 1 tbs light soy sauce and 2 tbs oyster sauce and simmer for 3 minutes.
  • Lightly thicken the liquid with 1 oz diluted cornflour to form a sauce and serve on a base of boiled rice.
