Ingredients
- 8.8 lb Watermelon tarbuj
- 1 tsp Mint pudina leaves, chopped
- Black salt kala namak to taste
Instructions
- Cut the flesh of the watermelon into small chunks, discard the rind. Remove all the seeds.
- Blend the watermelon chunks with mint leaves.
- Strain through a muslin cloth and discard the pulp.
- Serve chilled in individual glasses.
