
Spicy Fresh Mango Juice
Ingredients
- 1/2 pint tinned mango pulp
- Juice 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp clear honey
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 pint unsweetened orange juice
- 1/4 pint water
- 1 small piece of fresh root ginger optional
- Orange slices to decorate
Instructions
- Put the mango pulp, lemon juice, honey, spices, orange juice and water into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
- Put 2 or 3 ice cubes each into 4 glasses and divide the mango juice equally between them.
- If using the fresh ginger, put this into a garlic crusher and squeeze a few drops of ginger into each glass.
- Decorate with a slice of orange on the rim of each glass and serve.
