
Fruit Simmered In Orange Juice
Ingredients
- 1 large orange peeled, segmented
- 1 grapefruit peeled, segmented
- 1 pear peeled, cored, sliced
- 2 oz white grapes
- 2 oz black grapes
- 10 floz fresh orange juice
Instructions
- Place fruit in a pan with the orange juice and simmer for 2 - 3 minutes.
- Serve with a little of the orange juice spooned over.
