  • 1 Bael bel, large
  • 32 floz Water
  • 2 1/2 oz Sugar powdered


  • Break open the bael and remove the pulp.
  • Soak the pulp in water and leave overnight.
  • Dissolve the sugar in the water and add to the bael mixture. Strain the mixture through a muslin cloth. Discard the pulp.
  • Serve chilled in individual glasses.
