Bel Ka Sharbat (Bael squash)
Instructions
- Break open the bael and remove the pulp.
- Soak the pulp in water and leave overnight.
- Dissolve the sugar in the water and add to the bael mixture. Strain the mixture through a muslin cloth. Discard the pulp.
- Serve chilled in individual glasses.
