  • 2 tsp chopped fresh herbs
  • Tabasco
  • segments of lemon

Instructions

  • Finely mince 1.4 lb smoked salmon trimmings and blend with 5 1/2 oz butter, 2 tsp chopped fresh herbs and a few drops of Tabasco.
  • Portion into ramekins and chill.
  • Serve garnished with segments of lemon.
