Ingredients
- 1.4 lb smoked salmon trimmings
- 5 1/2 oz butter
- 2 tsp chopped fresh herbs
- Tabasco
- segments of lemon
Instructions
- Finely mince 1.4 lb smoked salmon trimmings and blend with 5 1/2 oz butter, 2 tsp chopped fresh herbs and a few drops of Tabasco.
- Portion into ramekins and chill.
- Serve garnished with segments of lemon.
