Ingredients
 

  • 15 floz hot freshly made coffee
  • 8 jiggers Italian grappa or marc
  • 2 jiggers brandy
  • dash anisette
  • 4 floz single cream
  • 4 tbsp caster sugar
  • 1 small piece fresh orange or lemon rind

Instructions

  • Pour the freshly made coffee into an enamelled saucepan with a lip, add all the other ingredients, stir and heat to just below boiling.
  • Serve in warmed punch glasses with holders.
