Brandy Coffee
Ingredients
- 15 floz hot freshly made coffee
- 8 jiggers Italian grappa or marc
- 2 jiggers brandy
- dash anisette
- 4 floz single cream
- 4 tbsp caster sugar
- 1 small piece fresh orange or lemon rind
Instructions
- Pour the freshly made coffee into an enamelled saucepan with a lip, add all the other ingredients, stir and heat to just below boiling.
- Serve in warmed punch glasses with holders.
