Ingredients
 

  • 1.1 lb Prawns shelled
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 1/4 tsp Ajinomoto
  • 2 Eggs whisked
  • 4 tsp Ginger adrak, julienned
  • 2 tsp Chinese wine
  • 3 tbsp Green coriander hara dhaniya, chopped

Instructions

  • Arrange the prawns neatly in a pan; add salt, ajinomoto, eggs, and ginger. Mix well.
  • Cover the pan and steam the prawns for 10 minutes.
  • Remove from heat; transfer into a serving bowl and pour the Chinese wine on top.
  • Serve immediately, garnished with green coriander.
