Steamed Prawn with Ginger
Ingredients
- 1.1 lb Prawns shelled
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 1/4 tsp Ajinomoto
- 2 Eggs whisked
- 4 tsp Ginger adrak, julienned
- 2 tsp Chinese wine
- 3 tbsp Green coriander hara dhaniya, chopped
Instructions
- Arrange the prawns neatly in a pan; add salt, ajinomoto, eggs, and ginger. Mix well.
- Cover the pan and steam the prawns for 10 minutes.
- Remove from heat; transfer into a serving bowl and pour the Chinese wine on top.
- Serve immediately, garnished with green coriander.
