Ingredients
 

  • 2 Pomfrets medium-sized, washed, shredded
  • 4 tbsp Vegetable oil for frying
  • 1 tsp Ginger adrak paste
  • 1 tsp Garlic lasan paste
  • 2 Onions medium-sized, finely chopped
  • 4 Green chillies sliced
  • Coconut nariyal
  • 14 oz fresh grated
  • 2 tbsp Green coriander hara dhaniya, chopped
  • 1 tsp Turmeric haldi powder
  • 1 tbsp Lemon nimbu juice
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar sirka

Instructions

  • Heat the oil in a pan; add ginger and garlic pastes and saute till brown.
  • Add onions and green chillies. Fry till brown.
  • Add coconut, green coriander, turmeric powder, lemon juice, vinegar, and salt. Cook on low heat for 5 minutes.
  • Add fish and stir gently till the fish is done. Serve hot.
