Shredded Stir-Fried Pomfret
Ingredients
- 2 Pomfrets medium-sized, washed, shredded
- 4 tbsp Vegetable oil for frying
- 1 tsp Ginger adrak paste
- 1 tsp Garlic lasan paste
- 2 Onions medium-sized, finely chopped
- 4 Green chillies sliced
- Coconut nariyal
- 14 oz fresh grated
- 2 tbsp Green coriander hara dhaniya, chopped
- 1 tsp Turmeric haldi powder
- 1 tbsp Lemon nimbu juice
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp Vinegar sirka
Instructions
- Heat the oil in a pan; add ginger and garlic pastes and saute till brown.
- Add onions and green chillies. Fry till brown.
- Add coconut, green coriander, turmeric powder, lemon juice, vinegar, and salt. Cook on low heat for 5 minutes.
- Add fish and stir gently till the fish is done. Serve hot.
