Peas in Parsley Sauce (Hungarian)
This recipe is very easy to make and so delicious. The peas and parsley sauce taste great together and they're a perfect complement to the pork.
Ingredients
- 1 3/4 oz butter
- 1 oz sugar
- 3 1/2 lb cooked peas
- chopped parsley
- 3 1/3 floz stock
- 7 1/2 floz soured cream
Instructions
- Melt 50 g butter in a pan, add 25 g sugar and 1.5 kg cooked peas and chopped parsley.
- Moisten with 100 ml stock and simmer to reduce the liquor; finish with 225 ml soured cream.
