This is a simple cheese sauce recipe that can be used for making macaroni and cheese or other casserole dishes.

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 tbls flour
  • 1/2 pint milk
  • 3 oz cheese grated


  • Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the flour.

  • Add the cheese and stir until it melts and the sauce is smooth.
