Ingredients
 

  • 9 oz Fish cleaned, gashed
  • 1 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper kali mirch powder
  • 2 pinches Turmeric haldi powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  • Mix all the ingredients (except the fish and oil) with a little water and rub the paste over the fish. Keep aside for an hour.
  • Heat the oil in a wok (kadhai); shallow-fry the fish till golden brown. Remove and drain the excess oil on absorbent paper towels. Repeat till all are fried.
  • Serve hot.
