Ingredients
 

  • 1.1 lb Yoghurt dahi, hung for 2 hours in a muslin cloth
  • 5 oz Sugar ground
  • a few strands Saffron kesar, soaked in 1 tsp water, crushed
  • 8 - 10 Green cardamom choti elaichi seeds, powdered

Instructions

  • Blend yoghurt and sugar together.
  • Transfer the yoghurt in a bowl. Add crushed saffron and green cardamom powder. Mix well.
  • Serve with hot puri
