Ingredients
 

  • 5 oz Rice soaked for 1 hour, drained
  • 2 1/2 tbsp Split green gram dhuli moong daf, soaked for 1 hour, drained
  • 2 tbsp Ghee
  • 2 Black cardamom badi elaichi
  • 4 Cloves hung
  • tsp Salt
  • 3 tsp sugar
  • 12 Raisins kishmish
  • 6 floz Water

Instructions

  • Heat the ghee in a pressure pan; add black cardamom and cloves; saute for a while.
  • Add the remaining ingredients; mix well. Close the pan and cook till 2 whistles. Remove the pan from the heat.
  • After 2 - 3 minutes release the pressure; mix gently and serve hot.
