Ham And Peach Rolls
Ingredients
- 8 oz curd cheese
- 1 tbsp fresh chopped parsley
- 1 tsp fresh chopped tarragon
- 2 tsp fresh chopped chives
- 1 large peach peeled, stoned and chopped
- 8 large slices of ham
Instructions
- Blend the cheese and herbs together, season with freshly ground black pepper and stir in the peach.
- Divide the mixture equally among the ham slices and roll each one up to make a cornet shape.
- Arrange on a serving dish and garnish with parsley.
