Ingredients
 

  • 3 oz cauliflower leaves diced
  • 1 small cauliflower cut into sprigs
  • 1/2 lb white cabbage
  • 1 bunch watercress
  • 1 lettuce
  • 1/2 head celery
  • 1/2 bunch spring onions
  • 1/2 lb carrots finely sliced or diced
  • 6 oz radish red or mooli
  • 3/4 lb Chinese leaves
  • 3 oz broccoli cut in sprigs

Instructions

  • Each vegetable should be blanched separately by plunging into unsalted boiling water for 1-4 minutes, in small batches.
  • Mix the vegetables in a bowl and serve with a separate dressing.
